- April 17, 2014 — Smoked Easter Lamb & All the Trimmings Class
6pm to 9pm. Join the owners of Smokin' Pete's BBQ to learn all about smoking a leg of lamb for Easter and beyond. We'll talk about the differences of lamb cuts and origins, timing, temperatures and technique. We'll accompany this fabulous meat with spring flavors sides from local sources. As a class we'll do plenty of grazing too.
- April 27, 2014 — BBQ & Grilling 101 Class
10am to 1pm. Join the owners of Smokin' Pete's BBQ to learn the basics of high heat grilling and slow and low barbecue. We'll cover meat cuts, rubs, mops and sauces, temperatures and cook times for direct heat grilling vs indirect smoking, as well as lots of tips and tricks and answers to your questions. Wear closed toe, comfortable shoes. Lunch will be served and we'll send you home with plenty of handouts.
